Semantics.

First and foremost, allow me to state that yes, I am, in fact, a man. I don’t have babies, though I can certainly help make ‘em. This is somewhat irrelevant to the subject at hand.

Now, to the point: the is absolutely no such thing as a ‘pro-life’ perspective in regards to abortion- to state otherwise is sort of asinine. You are either pro- or anti-choice as it is fundamentally about a choice. Stating that you’re pro-life and that those who would differ from you in opinion are anti-life is akin to saying that “I’m right because those other’n think everyone should be dead. They’re anti-life.” Doesn’t that just sound stupid?

Not that it really matters. It’s a debate about actions and choices, and terminology doesn’t really sway the morals and values/views of one side to another. You’re not given to seeing the light via semantics, but it shouldn’t hurt for me to think aloud on this, should it?
